  • In this document, the teacher identifies any diagnosis or area of concern and looks at classroom strategies to help the students in their learning process.

  • Select strategies that will be displayed as part of of the student's adjustment document on the dashboard for easier tracking.

  • The view Initial Adjustment screen will allow the user to view a created IA within Inspire with any status and completion level. This screen displays a summary of the information added to the IA and the history of this document. Also, users will be able to print the document from this screen.

Student Adjustment Profiling Instrument (SAPI)

SAPI is one of the required student documents for creating an EAP which then will be used in the funding process.

  • In this document, the teacher identifies the level of adjustment based on NCCD levels for the student to facilitate the learning process.

  • The selected level of adjustment will then be displayed as Low, Supplementary, Substantial and Extensive for easier tracking.

  • Easily find and view completed SAPIs and other supporting documents in the student’s profile.

With options to quickly access, print and share info, it is a simple process to update and review documents.

Education Adjustment Plan (EAP)

The Education Adjustment Plan stands as a pivotal legal document, offering the most comprehensive insights into a student's disabilities. Designed to be a cornerstone in the funding process, the EAP holds vital information that shapes support strategies tailored to individual student needs.

  • Once your SAPI and IA documents are approved, they seamlessly attach to your EAP. This automated process ensures a smooth integration of critical information, setting the stage for the creation of a comprehensive and easily editable EAP.

  • The information gathered from the attached SAPI and IA documents serves as a basis for creating the EAP, offering a dynamic platform that can be edited as needed. This flexibility ensures that the EAP stays current and relevant to the evolving needs of the student.

Funding Requests

Streamline the creation of funding requests (FR) to maximise funding for each student. Inspire helps semi-automate this process for you, pulling in everything you need to know from the student’s profile, EAP and approved profiling tools.

Request for Service

Coordinators can easily create a Request for Service (RFS) document to support a request for specialist services from head office. The RFS is then reviewed by the principal and assigned to the appropriate specialist by the advisor.  Inspire effectively communicates this process between each stakeholder.
